March 31, 2015. The Potomac School in McLean, Virginia, is situated on an 90-acre campus in a natural setting that includes forest, streams and fields. The School embarked on a multi-phase campus expansion starting in 2001. The Intermediate School project wrapped up in 2013, and is the sixth building cox graae + spack architects has designed on the campus. This project reflects the school’s and cox graae + spack architects’ mission to create an environmentally sensitive 21st Century school and was selected to be featured in Architecture DC’s latest edition.
