When looking to expand their office space, the practice took on a long-term lease to acquire sole use of the historic Foundry. Having once been a ca. 1850’s metal foundry and Union Army musket factory along the C&O Canal in Georgetown, cg+s designed the space to balance the architectural integrity of the historic structure with a comfortable and efficient workspace.
